Shop Policies


We want you to enjoy the products you purchase! If there is an issue or something is missing/arrives damaged from your order, please let us know right away so we can make it right. 

Returns or exchanges on unused items can be made within 30 days of purchase. Since items were mailed to you with free shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

“Last Chance” items are not returnable since they are sold at closeout prices and are no longer being manufactured. 

Turnaround/Processing Time

We create and hand pack everything we sell! Items are shipped out of our offices on Wednesdays and Fridays each week so you can expect your things to arrive in about 7-10 business days. 

Combining Orders

If you purchase multiple items in a single order we will combine your items to ship in the fewest amount of boxes as possible. If you place multiple orders to the same address we will do our best to ship all your orders together provided your original order has not yet already shipped. 

Expediting Orders

We are unable to expedite orders at this time. Packages under 15oz will ship via First Class Mail and packages over will be shipped via Priority Mail or Media Mail. 

Order Fulfillment Process

After you’ve checked out on our site you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided in the purchasing process. Next we’ll pack up your items, pray for your family, and send it on it’s way via USPS. Now your package is in the hands of USPS and on a road trip adventure through God’s creation from Boston to your house! We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package as it gets closer to your home. 

Wrong Addresses/Returned Packages

If your package is returned to Salted Family™ due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and you will receive a refund of the subtotal of your order.  To reship, you will need to purchase the product again with postage.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your items have been handed off to USPS, they are no longer the responsibility of Salted Family™. We know it’s sad when packages go missing, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for them once they’re in USPS care, but you can certainly contact USPS regarding the issue. We are not able to replace lost or stolen packages, or packages mailed to the wrong address. 

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail (Standard Shipping) does NOT include insurance. 

As a courtesy, Salted Family™ will replace items that are damaged upon delivery if you email us a picture of the damaged item to

International Shipping

At this time we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

At this time we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Salted Family™ collects and retains information about you and your device when you visit or give us information through Salted Family™.
